For returning any product purchased online, you are required to notify the company within 48 hours of delivery or purchase through email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Product should reach our premise within 15 days of the delivery. The item you want to return must be unused and accompanied with its original packaging and tags in an unwashed & undamaged condition.
In case, you are returning a product with a free gift, you need to return the gift as well to the company.
Impakto is happy to exchange your ordered footwear for a different size or design, depends on the availability. Please mention your reason of exchange on your invoice before shipping your product to us.
Although, we highly recommend placing a new order in case of different design or color of the product is required.
The exchange policy also covers the same guidelines as returns i.e. product must reach us within 15 days of the purchase date, accompanied by all original packaging and in unworn & undamaged condition.
Impakto follows No Cash Refund Policy wherein original shipping charges along with the payment made through credit card, debit card, net banking or COD is non-refunded in cash.
There is an exception in this case, if your ordered product gets out of stock then please select another product of the same or above price, we will try to arrange the article according to the availability otherwise we will provide you Gift Voucher of the same amount.
